Terms of use
This website is operated by Little Bundle of Joy.  As a user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website, including any transactions you make, is subject to our terms and conditions set out below.

Ordering online
Select the items you would like to buy, choose the size and quantity you require and click 'Add to Shopping Bag'. The number of items in your shopping bag and the total value of selected items are displayed on the top of every page. You will later have an option to review the items you've selected. Once you are happy with the content of your shopping bag, click on 'Checkout'. 

You will be asked for your details, select a postage option (see below) and payment type: credit/ debit card or cheque (your order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which may take up to 5 working days). Please note, we do not accept cash by post. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been received and an email will be sent  to inform you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery options
All gifts and orders are always despatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post, First Class Recorded Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost of the option is dependant upon the size and weight of the product. Little Bundle of Joy will always endeavour to despatch your gift/order either the same day or within 24 hours. 

You will be informed within a few hours if there is a delay in sending out any part of your order.  

Please note that owing to the size or value of your order, your order may be upgraded to courier service.  Please ensure that you provide a delivery address, as a signature is required.

 Free gift wrapping is provided with every order.  

Owing to increasing postage and handling costs, our minimum postage cost is £3.95 and the maximum cost is £7.99 on any order going to a single address, including the costs of our next day delivery service. When placing your order, the costs will be shown before any payment is requested. If your order is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier, please note that these parcels will have to be signed for and therefore please provide us with the most appropriate address for you to receive these goods. If you are not in for delivery, the Courier will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery.

First class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and may take a few days to arrive.  If you require your order by a certain date, then we would suggest choosing our courier or Next Day delivery service.
 
If you have not received your order within a few days of our email confirming your order has been sent,  please contact your neighbours to see if they have taken in your parcel or local Royal Mail sorting office, in the first instance, to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes they forget to leave a card.
 
The Royal Mail stipulates that we must wait 15 days before a parcel is declared missing.  If your parcel is not located within 15 working days, then we will despatch the order again or offer a full refund. This rule does not apply during a Royal Mail Strike.

First Class Recorded Delivery Post
This is a service that requires a signature on delivery but is not a trackable service.  If you would like to be able to track your parcel then please select our courier or next day delivery service.
  
With our Next Day Delivery Service and Courier service, we never have a parcel go missing, although in very rare conditions, your parcel may be delayed by one day owing to national and local traffic and weather  conditions and we will not refund the costs for this service, if these actions are out of our control.



NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

For a Next Day Delivery service, your order must be placed before 2pm on the day of the order, Monday to Thursday, for your order to arrive the following day.
 
If you require your order urgently and it is between 1.30pm and 2.30pm, please telephone us and we will always do our best to help.
If you place your order after this time on Monday through to Thursday, then your order will be despatched the following day by this method.
 
For a next day delivery order placed on a Thursday after 2pm, then this order will be delivered on the following Monday.  Please note we only despatch orders from Monday to Friday.



Order Cancellation


We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by telephone (Mon- Fri 9am-4pm) prior to despatch of goods. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation email.

Returns Policy


You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Please follow the procedure below. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded delivery. We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition with the tag(s) still attached.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put that item away for you until we receive your original order back. For any returns queries please call us on 07958 511981.

Taxes


Prices on Little Bundle of Joy include UK VAT where applicable.

Payment


Little Bundle of Joy accepts Mastercard, Visa and all other debit cards. On receipt of the order, Little Bundle Of Joy will process the payment manually to ensure that we have the correct items in stock. The card issuer will perform the required verification checks and only once the payment has been processed will we issue the order. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.

Fraud
All cases of fraud will be pursued.  Fraud includes payment fraud, delivery fraud and product fraud.  All costs associated with any fraudulent activity will be added to the claim and these charges will include company time spent preparing information, communicating with bank, staff interviews and any additional costs that are reasonable concerning traveling to and from courts.  Any legal costs incurred during the investigation will be applied to the claim.

Security


Little Bundle of Joy online shop is a secure website. Every time you enter an area of the site that has or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon at the bottom of your browser window will appear that looks like a padlock to indicate that the site is secure. Little Bundle of Joy online shop uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communications Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later and other popular browsers. SSL encodes your personal information and all your transactions are protected by the powerful SSL encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, phone number, identification number and password as it travels through the Internet so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.

We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.
